Job Title:Guest Relations SpecialistLocation:  4460 Panther Creek Pine, The Woodlands, TX 77381Job Overview:As an Guest Relations Specialist with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the person that our guests look to when they need help with their vehicle. You are the person that our guests see every time they make an investment in their vehicle, and because of this, you play a large role in building relationships with our guests.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processesCheck guests in and outAnswer phone calls and schedule appointmentsProviding safe shuttle service for our valued guests in our branded vehicleTreating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian BrothersKeep the facility clean and organizedAssist other team members as needed with clerical tasks such as accounts receivable and filing paperworkDirect, coordinate, and participate in performing guest service activities as dictated by workloadServe as a community ambassador for the store through creating authentic relationships and partnershipsFollow all safety policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned
